Michelle Danielson CPIM

July, 2007

Changes…

July 1st ushers in a new fiscal year and a new Board of Directors for the Northern Sierra Chapter. New Board members are: Linda McNeil-VP Finance; Ted Day-VP Membership; and Diego Montoya-Director of Programs. Changing roles are: Art Salt, who moves to Executive Vice President; Jeanny Ng, moving to VP Education; and Amanda Sensibaugh, who moves to Secretary. Continuing in their previous roles are Art Landacre-VP Programs, Jeff Lawrence-VP Communication, and Joy Mahaviriyakul-Student Liaison.

Leaving the Board are: RoeAnn Cinquini-Secretary; Denise Bartorelli-VP Education; and David Espinosa-VP Marketing. Their dedication was key to the chapter’s success.

Of course, the missing name here is Michelle Danielson. Michelle is leaving her post as President after two busy and very successful years. The Northern Sierra Chapter has grown and prospered under Michelle’s leadership. The chapter and its members owe Michelle and the outgoing Board a very large thank you.

Please join in welcoming the new Board of Directors. We intend to continue the tradition of providing value for our members. Along those lines, we have been conducting an online survey to better gauge the needs of our chapter. Thank you to those that participated. If you have not yet completed the survey, please help us by taking part. It is quick, anonymous and it is open to members and non-members alike. Click here to provide your input.

Lastly, we always welcome additional Board participation. We intend to ensure an enjoyable and collaborative environment. It is an all-volunteer undertaking. It is not a second job. So, here’s to the continued success of APICS’ Northern Sierra Chapter and, more importantly, its members.
