Celebrating 50 Years!
If you haven’t noticed we have moved TMN (TOP Management Night) from January to May. Our thought behind that was to build up to the main event of the year which is our APICS TMN. Not to mention the weather is usually a little nicer in May than in January.
This year we will not only be giving away an IGT Slot machine we’ve added a wine tasting event. Vino 100 will featuring wines from around the globe. All proceeds will be donated to the Northern Nevada Food bank. This is in conjunction with APICS in honor of our 50th anniversary. APICS is giving back to the community by building a supply chain against hunger with America’s Second Harvest and the Northern Nevada Food Bank is our link to the America’s Second Harvest.
We also have Tony Ciorciari, Executive VP of Operations presenting on Managing in a Global Corporation. Plan on coming early and enjoying the evening!
We will be transitioning soon to the new Board of Directors. The new Board will take over on July 1st. If you want to participate and get involved with the Northern Sierra Chapter I would highly recommend joining the Board of Directors. If your interested in any of the positions please contact any of the BOD member’s or shoot me an e-mail and I can send you a job description. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
