Speaker: Darryl Bader, VP of Operations - ITS Logistics
Title: "Logistics Outsourcing"
In today's economy a number of key operational metrics have combined to create one of the more challenging business environments in recent memory. This presentation will focus on how today's circumstances impact the thought process of outsourcing logistics. We will take an objective look at the pros and cons of outsourcing and how today's circumstances may positively or negatively impact the outsourcing decision.
Bio Info:
Darryl Bader is a logistics professional with over 18 years of experience. Mr. Bader began his career with Unisys in San Jose, California as a Distribution Analyst. After leaving Unisys he worked for two national third party logistics firms in various operational, administrative and marketing management capacities. In 2000 Darryl Bader along with partners Dan Allen and Jeff Lynch founded ITS Logistics, a Nevada based third party logistics solutions provider. Mr. Bader has a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics Management from the University of Nevada, Reno.
